What you can expect?
Initial Consultation
We'll work through an assessment of your career journey to date and future goals; considering interests, skills, values, experience, education and training.
I offer support, advice and resources to help you with decision making. Together we will create an action plan for next steps.
This session usually takes 1.5 - 2 hours.
Online Self-Assessment Tool
If required, the self-assessment is completed in your own time, saving you the cost of an additional consultation.

Follow-up
My aim is to meet your goals in as few sessions as possible by giving you tools to use for yourself.
A follow up session will be needed if:
- an online self-assessment test has been done.
- or we decide that it would be of benefit.
